These Terms govern your purchase and use of Inbound OS ("the Product"), a digital product provided by Highsignal ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Product you agree to these Terms.
Inbound OS is a downloadable/accessible digital product consisting of a content system, prompt library, templates, written guides, and related materials. It is delivered digitally, typically via a hosted workspace link and email, immediately after successful payment.
On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the Product for your own business or professional use. You may not:

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider, which may act as merchant of record and handle applicable taxes (e.g. GST/VAT). All prices are in the currency shown at checkout. Launch pricing is time- or quantity-limited and may change without notice.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content, branding, design, and materials in the Product remain our intellectual property. Your licence does not transfer ownership.
The Product provides tools, frameworks, and guidance. It does not guarantee any specific outcome, income, leads, clients, or results. Outcomes depend on your own effort, market, and execution. Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We aim to keep access available and may update or improve the Product over time. We are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by third-party services (e.g. the hosting workspace).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
