We want Inbound OS to genuinely work for you. If it's not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Just email us and we'll process it.
Email hello@highsignal.co from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days, with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank and our payment provider.
Because this is a digital product delivered in full at purchase, refunds are generally not available after the 14-day window. If you have a genuine issue accessing the materials, contact us and we'll make it right.
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding, or refunding after redistributing the materials.
